Castro Lighting, the Portuguese luxury lighting brand known for handcrafted brass creations and sculptural design, celebrated its new partnership with Gia Minh Corp in Ho Chi Minh City.

Founded in Portugal in 1978, Castro Lighting has built a legacy rooted in the mastery of brass, artisanal techniques and a distinctive approach to lighting as a form of sculptural expression. Through this partnership with Gia Minh Corp, the brand brings its handcrafted collections closer to Vietnam’s luxury interiors community, offering architects and designers access to statement lighting pieces designed to transform interiors through light, texture, reflection and emotion.

“Vietnam is a market with extraordinary potential. We see a growing appreciation for interiors that are not only luxurious, but also meaningful, personal and rich in detail,” says Paulo Figueiredo, Business Development Manager at Castro Lighting. “This partnership with Gia Minh allows us to bring our craftsmanship closer to clients and professionals who value design with identity, artistry and emotion.”
Held at the Gia Minh showroom in Ho Chi Minh City recently, the launching event created an elegant atmosphere for guests to discover Castro Lighting’s creative identity. The evening included a reception, brand presentation and curated showcase of selected pieces.

“At Castro Lighting, we believe lighting should be experienced as art,” adds Paulo Figueiredo. “Every piece carries the hands of our artisans, the richness of brass and the intention to create something timeless.”
The collaboration between Castro Lighting and Gia Minh Corp reflects a shared vision for luxury interiors shaped by curation, craftsmanship and emotional connection. As Vietnam’s high-end residential, hospitality and lifestyle sectors continue to evolve, the demand for distinctive, bespoke and meaningful design solutions is becoming increasingly important.

Through Gia Minh Corp, Castro Lighting strengthens its international presence while offering Vietnam’s architects, interior designers and design lovers the opportunity to experience Portuguese craftsmanship.
