The booth of Rex Hotel Saigon is ready to welcome guests at the Culinary Culture Festival, Delicacies Saigontourist Group 2024. The program takes place for 04 days from 16:00 – 22:00 every day as of March 28th until 31st, 2024; including many outstanding artistic performances, folk games, traditional handicraft villages, etc.

At this year’s festival, Rex Hotel Saigon will introduce to tourists delicious dishes with the  characteristic flavors of the North and the South of Vietnam, prepared in the “Green Cuisine” style – a culinary trend focusing on health, figure, and helping to maintain the youthful beauty of diners. 
These dishes, though familiar to Vietnamese people, are intricately prepared, carrying the distinctive flavors of herbal pork and pure Vietnamese vegetables – premium agricultural products, nutritious, and free from antibiotic residues – helping to enhance minerals, fiber, reduce cholesterol, and support health improvement. Highlights include Grilled pork ribs with curry sauce, Simmered herbal pork leg, Steamed pork sausage, Lotus leaf-wrapped rice, Tofu pudding with tapioca pearls, and Rex-style lotus seed porridge. These are delectable dishes not to be missed. Furthermore, the Rex-style herbal pork vermicelli is a standout dish in the “35 Must-Try Dishes at the Most Spectacular Culinary Festivals in the World” and “Top 10 Favorite Dishes of Saigontourist Group”.  Price range: from VND 40,000 to VND 90,000 per portion

Visitors will receive special offers when visiting Rex Hotel Saigon booth and scanning the hotel’s QR code: such as choosing dishes from the À la carte menu at the ground floor restaurant of the hotel until May 28th, 2024 and booking a wedding feast throughout the festival period. (Applicable until December 31st, 2025 for the full package food & beverage menus).
