Kabin Chinese Restaurant has just launched a new menu curating authentic Cantonese flavors to elevate the dining experience in the heart of Saigon.

Welcoming the new year 2026, Kabin officially introduces its new menu, marking a milestone in refreshing and elevating the values that have long been cherished by its guests. Rather than a complete transformation, this new menu is a continuation of Kabin’s culinary heritage, enriched with carefully crafted dishes that place greater emphasis on flavor, technique, and ingredient quality, created by Kabin’s experienced and dedicated culinary team.

In the roasted dishes selection, Kabin presents the new-style Peking duck marinated with angelica root and ginseng – a refined harmony between traditional roasting techniques and the subtle depth of Asian herbal flavors, delivering a layered yet balanced palate that remains approachable and elegant.

The dim sum menu is refreshed with standout creations such as Quail egg siu mai with black truffle, rich yet delicate, and Hangzhou-style shrimp and crab dumplings, featuring fresh, naturally sweet fillings wrapped in thin, tender skins – showcasing precision and craftsmanship in every detail.


For seafood lovers, the menu offers highlights such as Sichuan-style sour and spicy sea bass fillet soup, delicately balancing mild acidity with gentle heat, and Crispy crab claws stuffed with shrimp paste (Bách Hoa), crunchy on the outside and tenderly sweet within – an ideal dish for sharing at celebratory gatherings. The culinary journey concludes with Deep-fried glutinous rice dumplings with chestnut, a traditional dessert that is simple yet refined.
