In the first months of 2026, Russia was among the three largest international source markets for Vietnam’s tourism industry, with Cam Ranh and Khanh Hoa emerging as particularly strong beneficiaries of this recovery.
Khanh Hoa Province is estimated to have welcomed more than 6.3 million international arrivals, representing a 67,94% increase compared with the same period in 2025, with Russian visitors accounting for 13.3% of international arrivals. Tourism revenue was estimated at more than VND 60.893 trillion, up 19.16% year-on-year, according to data from the Khanh Hoa Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
