In the journey to create “The Harmony of the Harvest”, The Bloom journeyed across Vietnam’s regions to discover the treasure of local produce.

A signature highlight of The Bloom is the Vinh Xuong pia cake, originating from a century-old bakery in Vinh Long where generations of bakers painstakingly preserve traditional handcrafting techniques and meticulous attention to detail. Building upon this foundation, The Bloom collaborated with artisans to refine an exclusive recipe: sourcing ingredients from various regions of Vietnam, crafting thinner pastry layers, moderating sweetness, and introducing distinctive fillings such as Hue lotus pia, bamboo charcoal pia, black sesame pia, and Shan tea pia.

Among this year’s traditional treats, The Bloom introduces a new melody from nature: passionfruit-scented chamomile. Grown in organic farms on the Kon Ha Nung Plateau (Gia Lai), this special flower variety emits a natural aroma reminiscent of ripe passionfruit. Once dried, it turns a radiant golden hue, brewing a crystal-clear, honey-colored tea that offers a distinctive tea-tasting experience filled with relaxation and balance.

Evoking nostalgic childhood memories of traditional Mid-Autumn celebrations, The Bloom incorporates the image of bỏi drum (trống bỏi) – a familiar sound of lantern parade nights deeply embedded in Vietnamese soul. Inspired by this icon, the drum is transformed into a gift box within the collection, adorned with artwork depicting a festive Mid-Autumn night brimming with childhood joy.

The Bloom’s Collection 2026 also honors traditional craft villages through hand-woven suitcases from the nearly 400-year-old Phu Vinh craft village (Hanoi), as well as gift bags made from Pho Trach sedge grass (Hue) – where artisans quietly preserve a weaving tradition spanning over four centuries. Hand-harvested, sun-dried, and entirely hand-knitted, these sedge bags embody a simple yet enduring beauty.

Numerous abundant products from across Vietnam were carefully curated by The Bloom to be showcased in the “The Harmony of the Harvest ” collection. These range from refined specialties, such as fermented glutinous rice water from Binh Dinh, Chi Pau flower honey from Mu Cang Chai, spicy-salty dried Tac Cau pineapple from Kien Giang, fermented Huong Tich apricots, and natural dried green apples from Phan Rang, to mind-and-body wellness products including distilled pomelo blossom water, Hau Giang lotus nourishing spray, Moc Hoa oil, and sandalwood scented candles. The collection also features elaborate handcrafted items, such as Bat Trang ceramic plates and Bao Loc natural silk scarves.
