Hotel Nikko Saigon invites food enthusiasts and culture lovers on an extraordinary culinary journey via Taste of Japan taking place from 22-28 September 2025 at La Brasserie.
The week-long event will showcase an authentic menu featuring delicate Japanese A5 Rank Wagyu Sukiyaki, two special lobster creations: Lobster Sashimi and Lobster Katsu with Mushroom Curry Sauce, along with Ittou ramen, udon, soba, robatayaki, gyoza, grilled eel.

The feast continues with mochi and a selection of artful Japanese desserts such as the Japanese melon sweet cheese roll and Japanese banana sweet cheese crepe. Guests will also enjoy La Brasserie’s signature premium seafood buffet.
Japanese cuisine, celebrated for its fresh seasonal ingredients and delicate balance of flavours, highlights the depth of umami through dishes prepared with traditional methods such as sashimi, grilling, and simmering.

This Japanese Food Fair aims to showcase the appeal of Japanese food culture, offering a wide variety of dishes, not only iconic dishes such as sushi, sashimi, and tempura, but also sukiyaki, ramen, udon, soba, and robatayaki. Furthermore, ingredients, seasonings, and beverages from 13 Japanese companies in Vietnam will be used in the menu. I hope that this fair will allow many people to enjoy a variety of Japanese foods.

In addition, the hotel is hosting a fair commemorating the 45th anniversary of the Doraemon feature film. On this occasion, children can also enjoy Doraemon decorations and movies, as well coloring books in the kids’ corner across from the restaurant.
